When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package is dispatched.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method. Within Finland, orders typically arrive in 2–5 business days after shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within Finland. We may expand shipping options in the future — follow us for updates!

What is a “decant”?

A decant is a genuine fragrance transferred from the original bottle into a smaller atomizer for sampling or travel use. All our decants are 100% authentic, sourced directly from official bottles — never imitations or fakes.

Are your perfumes authentic?

Yes, absolutely. We only use original, authentic fragrances purchased from authorized retailers or distributors. Every decant is prepared carefully to maintain the original scent quality.

Can I return or exchange my order?

For hygiene reasons, perfume samples and decants cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

My tracking number isn’t updating — what should I do?

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment. If it hasn’t updated after several days, contact our support team and we’ll check the status for you.
